The light transmittance reaches 85%-92% (ensuring uniform transmission of LED light). The surface is hardened (hardness ≥ 3H), scratch-resistant and fingerprint-resistant. Meanwhile, it has a temperature resistance range of – 25ºC to 80ºC, adapting to complex environments.

Process characteristics: Precision manufacturing ensures performance and texture
The structure is designed in an integrated way. The semi-transparent panel and the body are fixed by both snap-fit and sealant, with a gap of less than 0.1mm. The dust and water resistance rating reaches IP54 (adjustable according to actual test data), making it suitable for damp or dusty environments.
The RFID module and the LED drive circuit are designed with independent partitions. They have passed the EMC electromagnetic compatibility test to avoid the interference of the lighting system on radio frequency identification.
